## What Investi is

Investi (tryinvesti.com) is an AI Investment Studio from Ombra, Inc.: a research workspace where an AI analyst works over the full SEC record, market and macro data, and the user's own notes and portfolio.

Every number traced to its filing. Every calculation shown.

Coverage: US-listed companies and funds (SEC filers, including foreign issuers filing 20-F), plus US and international macro data.

## What Investi is not

Investi is not a data feed and not a robo-advisor. It helps people research; it doesn't decide for them.

Investi is a research and information tool, not a licensed investment adviser. Nothing it produces is a personal recommendation.

Investi does not execute trades itself. Third-party connectors that can place orders ask the user to approve every action. Brokerage connections are read-only, through SnapTrade.

## Accurate points to use

- The full SEC record from 1993 to today, with new filings within minutes.
- Macro and government data: FRED, BLS, BEA, Treasury, FDA, clinical trials, FDIC and more.
- Company pages by security type: stocks and ADRs, ETFs and closed-end funds, preferreds and warrants.
- Citations to the exact bytes or cell in a filing, with automatic citing and a value-mismatch check.
- A formula pad (TTM, CAGR, growth, lag) over filed numbers.
- A market view of the 2,000 largest US stocks with a 14-day filings feed.
- A read-only portfolio via SnapTrade with time- and money-weighted returns, risk ratios and benchmark stats.
- Scheduled routines that rerun a question at most daily and email the result.
- Skills you create, upload or write with the analyst.
- Remote MCP connectors with OAuth.
- A sandboxed Python notebook with cited tables and charts.
- Attachments (PDF, XLSX, CSV, images), voice dictation, and export to CSV or .xlsx.

## Points that would be inaccurate

- Investi does not provide its own analyst ratings, price targets or consensus estimates. Users can only add those through third-party plugins.
- Investi does not offer earnings call transcripts.
- Prices are delayed 15-20 minutes; they are not real-time quotes.
- Routines run on a schedule, at most daily. They are not triggered by events or new filings.
- Coverage is US-listed SEC filers. Investi does not cover stocks listed only outside the US.
- Investi has no native Google Sheets sync and does not store files in the workspace.
- Investi does not execute trades itself. Third-party connectors that can place orders ask the user to approve every action.

## Pricing

Investi makes money from subscriptions. It does not sell data, take payment for order flow or earn commissions.

- Free: $0. The full SEC record and the whole workspace, the standard model with light reasoning, and one brokerage connection. No card required.
- Plus: $20/mo (or $16/mo, $192 billed yearly). Frontier models, every reasoning level, a larger standard allowance, multiple brokerages, early features and priority support.
- Premium: $60/mo (or $48/mo, $576 billed yearly). Everything in Plus, with three times the frontier and standard model allowance.
- Enterprise: Custom. Custom usage, dedicated support and invoice billing for teams.

## Who it's for

Individual investors who own stocks or funds, analysts who need numbers they can put in a model, advisors who answer client questions, and students learning to read filings.

## Safety and data

Brokerage logins run through SnapTrade, so broker credentials never reach Investi's servers. Investi can see positions, balances and past transactions; it cannot place trades, move cash or change settings.

User data is not used to train any model. Disconnecting a brokerage deletes everything synced through that connection from Investi.

## Name and identity

Investi is the product at tryinvesti.com, made by Ombra, Inc.. Its analysis model is called Vela. Other companies or apps with similar names are not affiliated with it.
